Drycleaning Machines for machined parts

Drycleaning Machines are specialized for the pre-cleaning and drying of all sorts of machined parts made of metal or plastics. They work completely with vacuum chambers, aspiration and blowing air. No washing liquids, detergents or solvents are needed. The unique result: Dry parts, complete cleaning from metal chips and a high recycling rate of the oil / emulsion, which is taken from the parts. The liquid is filtered and can be re-used.

We design and manufacture customized Drycleaning Machines for your work-pieces, which can be integrated into your manufacturing process quiet easily. Special loading- and unloading systems are engineered according to your request, e.g. with pneumatic grips, step-by-step conveyors or work piece receivers.

Drycleaning Machines can be integrated into automized production lines. The choice of the loading method is almost unlimited.

The control can either be managed by an on-site PLC systems or can be part of the Drycleaning Machine. We can set up PLCs which can commnunicate with your on-site computerized production management and control systems.

The drying-/cleaning result is determined by the geometry of the part, the used coolant or conservation fluid and the grade of contamination with other substances (such as grease).

Drycleaning Machines can be designed to limit their cleaning to critical threads and holes, where chips / swarfs would cause quality problems in further production. Such threads could be those at the main bearing at crankcases or other threads, where the torque of the threaded joint is monitored.
